When the courier delivery you should check: - that the package is intact, undamaged and otherwise complies with the standard features of a parcel. - in the case of delivery on pallets verify that the film is intact, very adherent and no abnormal openings. - that the number of packages indicated on the delivery note of the carrier corresponds to the number of packages actually delivered. Any disputes must be raised immediately to the carrier, in the absence thereof, the product is considered delivered correttaemente. What to do in case of damage due to transportation or lack of suspect products: - esprimerere a specific reserve, or accept delivery but signed the document courier writing "I agree with reservation" giving its reasons in detail. - reject the damaged goods if you can not accept subject or if the damage is visible without opening the packages. Without written reservation it will not be possible to claim for damages or deficiencies.
